➡️ Stop 1: Guermessa Village & Campfire Welcome (Day 1)
Depart Tunis by carpool. Arrive in Guermessa for a guided cultural tour of this ancient Amazigh hamlet. As dusk falls, settle into tents around a campfire and enjoy a freshly cooked wood-fire Amazigh dinner.
➡️ Stop 2: Chenini & Douiret Hike (Day 2)
Morning visit to Chenini’s cliff-top architecture and the Mosque of the Seven Sleepers. Then, embark on a 7 km trek to Douiret, with optional donkey rental, learning about traditional Amazigh trail foods.
Check into a cave room, watch the sunset over rooftops, and feast on a local dinner.
➡️ Stop 3: Cultural Keeper & Return to Tunis (Day 3)
After a hearty traditional breakfast, meet an extraordinary local woman who preserves ancestral Amazigh arts and stories. Share a light lunch in her home, then depart for Tunis around mid-afternoon.

Day 1 (10:00 AM): Meet in Tunis and carpool south. Explore Guermessa with your local expert, then camp under the stars with Amazigh wood-fire cuisine.
Day 2 (9:00 AM): Visit Chenini’s ancient mosque, hike 7 km to Douiret (donkeys available), check into your cave room, and dine as the sun sets over the village.
Day 3 (8:00 AM): Enjoy a traditional breakfast, visit a cultural guardian in her home for stories and crafts, share lunch, and return to Tunis by ~3:00 PM.

Les journées berbères, une belle découverte

Une belle immersion autour de Ghomrassen
Après de très bons échanges avec Achraf pour préparer nos expériences, tout s'est admirablement passé. Notre guide Alhabib autour de Ghomrassen et Radhouane, avec sa magnifique ferme, nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Deep Amazigh cultural immersion across the Dahar
The trip was a rich Amazigh immersion: Cafe Berbere and the Berber museum in Tamazret, a family meal at Dar Zmerten, an olive press near Zammour, and Ghomrassen with dinosaur footprints and cave drawings.
